Room 209, Wednesday night

Okay, forgetting the girlkissy nominations for now, because... no. But as much as Aeryn likes teasing John about that and other stuff, there are some things that need to be said in person. So as soon as she's off the phone, she opens the door for him.

He doesn't mind either. Stepping closer, he comes flush against her and slides his head down to kiss and suck at her neck.

She sighs softly and slides her arm around to his back, murmuring a quiet "I love you" again.

He moves back up and says, "I love you," against her mouth...and slowly starts walking them back towards her bed.

Her hand skirts lightly under his shirt, stroking gently, because she doesn't want to rush things, and she likes this. She stops when the back of her legs hit the mattress, and then she's toying with the hem of his shirt.

While she toys with his shirt, he pulls at her collar and moves to kiss and nip at the exposed skin of her chest.

Her head drops back a little, and she lets go of his one hand finally. She places both her hands more firmly on his sides, sliding them up, raising his shirt with them.

He stands up, making the shirt removal easier.

She pulls his shirt off, tossing it away, and leans in to kiss him from earlobe to shoulder.

He sighs quietly, enjoying her lips against his skin and reaches for the hem of her shirt.

With one little nibble to the curve of his neck, she pulls away a little, lifting her arms to help with clothing removal.

He makes quick work of the shirt, flipping it away before letting his hands wander across her skin. One hand immediately settles on the scar on her stomach.

"Oh Aeryn." And he leans in and kisses her hard, tumbling her to the bed.

He kisses a path down her body, from throat to navel where he brings his hands up to slide above the waistband of her pants.

He peels the pants off slowly, taking time to kiss the skin of her thighs, the bend of her knee, the curve of ankle.

She can never get tired of this. But she wants to be touching him more, so she murmurs, "Come here," and slides a hand over the mattress towards him. Just so she can touch him sooner.

He crawls back up her body and smiles down at her. "Here I am."

She moves towards him a little, but doesn't kiss him at first. Instead, she trails her hands over his torso to settle at the waist hand of his pants, just looking at him as she undoes them. Then she kisses him again, long and slow.

He gets to his knees in order to slide his pants down and then finishes the job by kicking them off.

"Better?" And he doesn't want for her to answer that question, instead taking her mouth in a kiss.
