Room 238, Monday early afternoon

Aeryn is still not freaking out. In fact, she's sitting on the bed, papers in front of her, looking over them. Again.

Maybe later she'll panic that she is so okay with this, but for now, that's not happening.

"Some are," he says. "I'm getting a tank shark though. Small enough for an aquarium."

Aeryn looks concerned. "Sea monkeys?"

"Different tanks," he assures her.

It might be sad that she's relieved at that. "Why a shark?" she wonders, kind of randomly playing with his hair.

He grins and leans into her hand a little. "Dunno. Just wanted one I guess. He's already got a name and everything."

Oh no. "What's its name?" she asks warily.

He laughs and says, "Bruno Cameron Herbert Corleon Crichton Sun."

She stares at him.

Finally she says, "What have I told you about naming things?"

"My shark, I can name it!"

"You, um." She starts over. "It has our last names."

"Yep." He sees nothing weird about that.

"On purpose?"

"Yep." He grins again.

Aeryn has absolutely no idea what to say to that.

"What?" And he's grinning again.

"Is there a reason for that?" she asks slowly.

"No. They just sounded good together."

"Hm," Aeryn says.

"What?" He makes a face at her. "Just names."

"I know," she says, and she does. It just seems like more somehow.

"He will be a cute shark," he says and kisses her, "who will charm you," another kiss, "and you will love him."

"I'm going to be charmed by a shark?" she says, raising an eyebrow.

"Sharks are very charming," he says and kisses her again.

She smiles a little and says, "'Charming' wasn't mentioned in the book I read..."
