The mages aren't coughing up glamour spells. I don't think they know them. Dumb to rely on magic anyhow.
I'm taking a *very* quick trip through slipstream to a trade-planet where I heard they had those skin-morphing meshes. Won't be especially comfy, but at least you'll be able to be with John and me with Cam.
If any of the mages do cough up, we can trade out for something a little less dangerous.
Back in a couple of hours, as it seems that time outside doesn't move as time within.
