Aeryn has no idea where this mood came from, but she doesn't like it and wants it to go away. She's already up and dressed, and debating whether she should attempt going to hit something and having to deal with people, or if she's just going to stay in here for a while.

"All right," he says idly, sliding his pants on. "I'm sorry you're not feeling yourself. Go shoot things."

'Not feeling herself' is actually a really good way to put it. She almost wants to apologize, but bites it back because that's not herself, either. "You can stay, if you want."

"No, there's things I can do since I'm awake," he says absently, brushing his hair into some semblance of order.

Aeryn nods, walking backwards toward the door. "I'll see you later," she tells him.

He tries not to let the fact that, besides almost snapping at him a few times, she'd barely looked at him, bother him.

He manages it for the most part. "Sure, fine."

John waits till she's gone before leaving the room as well.
