Room 238, Saturday evening

After spending time in the common room, mostly talking to and playing with weetiny teachers, Aeryn has decided she should probably just go back to the room. It's safer there.

She notices she left her phone on the table, so she picks it up and is surprised to see a message on there. She listens to it, and is left staring at it, both facepalming and repeating, "Ryn?"

[Open. Why not?]

He just smiles coyly.

"Oh, don't give me that," she grumbles.

And now he's laughing.

"Stop that!" she says, swatting him in the shoulder.

And now he's laughing harder.

"Are you quite done?" she asks after a moment.

He does stop for a moment. And then starts again.

Aeryn gets up to get ready for bed early. Maybe he'll shut up by the time she's done.

John follows her, smiling still.

She kind of wonders if he's going to think it's funny when they're not having sex due to the "no babies" thing.
