Pixie cabin, alcove C1, Monday morning

One of the good things about smushing two people together in an alcove-sized bed is that Aeryn can't be accused of stealing the covers. When she wakes up, she realizes she's trying to do just that... and tugs on them a little more just to see if John's up and what his reaction would be.

"I'm going to fall off the bed," he mumbles and tries to scoot closer.

"You are not," she says quietly, moving a little to give him more room.

"If you keep tugging the blankets, I am," he says and just sprawls his limbs over hers to get closer.

She smiles. "I thought it would bring you closer."

"Oh, a master plan," he says and rests his head against her shoulder.

She rubs a hand over his back lightly. "Comfortable?" She is.

"These beds are still not big enough," he says and kisses her shoulder.

"They're really not," she agrees, but wraps her arms around him to make sure they can both fit.

"We could've just slept apart," he says but he hates that idea.

"Too easy," Aeryn decides.

"Would've given us more room," he says.

"Would you like one of us to move?"

"No," he says and curls tighter around her.

Aeryn smiles and murmurs, "Very good answer."

"I'm smart sometimes," he says and yawns.

"You have your moments," she says, and moves to kiss him good morning post-yawn

He kisses her back, smiling against her mouth.

She stays just like that for a moment, finally asking, "We go back to the dorms when?"

"Not for a few weeks," he tells her, hands sliding up and under her shirt.

She smiles again at that, kissing his chin. "We might have to fix that."

"We made it work last time we were in cabins," he said. Of course, they weren't in a cabin with eighty bajillion people last time.

"And we were heard," she reminds him.

He still blushed at that. "Someone couldn't wait!"

She laughs quietly. "I seem to remember asking if you wanted to and you didn't say no..."
