Rehearsal dinner- Restaurant in Cambridge- Friday night

Friday was busier than Aeryn had anticipated somehow, with people coming in from out of town, followed by the rehearsal at the hotel where the ceremony and reception would take place. And personally, she had no idea how anyone remembered how all of this sort of thing went, and she thought it was kind of stupid how much emphasis was put on something as simple as walking, but she'd go with it, as apparently these things were important. Or something.

Afterwards, the group made their way to a pizza place nearby to settle in and settle down and have one good night out before tomorrow got more stressful.


[Up early for SP. For bridal party, dates, and other guests to the Friday thingie yay!
ETA: For clarification, cuz a couple people have asked. If you were told you were welcome to the dinner, you were invited. Otherwise the wedding stuff takes place tomorrow.]

"And you're the best looking girl," Wyatt said, sneaking a quick kiss. "I won't say that in front of the bride, though."

"No. She'll most likely be armed," she laughed, sliding an arm around his waist. "You don't want to be hit with a pulse rifle shot. I'm pretty sure they hurt."

"True enough. You know? I could have used you when I was up here for the bachelorette party and we played paint ball," Isabel grumbled. "I got tagged a few times."

"You'll find I come in very handy in situations like that," Wyatt said. "Also for healing any bruises."

"You know? I think I was right when you brought be back from Roswell. Perfect guy," she said with a soft smile. "I'm going to have to keep you."

"I'm glad," Isabel said quietly, then in a more normal tone of voice. "That means I don't have to worry about Parker stealing you away."

Wyatt looked around. "She going to be here or something?" he asked.

"Yup. It'll be good to see her," she smiled. "Of course I'm sure to hear an I told you so or two."

Isabel rolled her eyes but she was still smiling. "Just something we talked about after Homecoming."

"I think she figured things out before we did," Wyatt said, bumping his shoulder against hers.

"It might be a bit late for that. Be prepared for smugness," she warned. "Although I'll probably get it more then you will."
