Rehearsal dinner- Restaurant in Cambridge- Friday night

Friday was busier than Aeryn had anticipated somehow, with people coming in from out of town, followed by the rehearsal at the hotel where the ceremony and reception would take place. And personally, she had no idea how anyone remembered how all of this sort of thing went, and she thought it was kind of stupid how much emphasis was put on something as simple as walking, but she'd go with it, as apparently these things were important. Or something.

Afterwards, the group made their way to a pizza place nearby to settle in and settle down and have one good night out before tomorrow got more stressful.


[Up early for SP. For bridal party, dates, and other guests to the Friday thingie yay!
ETA: For clarification, cuz a couple people have asked. If you were told you were welcome to the dinner, you were invited. Otherwise the wedding stuff takes place tomorrow.]

He grinned, trying not to tease...much. "So I should bring an extra handkerchief for you? And leave it with you before the ceremony?"

"I said an extra handkerchief," Peter pointed out. "I was already planning on bringing one for you."

Willow got on tiptoe to kiss his cheek. "That's my knight."

He turned to kiss her in return. "Long as you remember it's me and not Alanna even though she's got the sword."

"You style your hair differently," Willow said. "It helps me tell you apart."

"True," he grinned. "Plus it probably ought be me making sure. But I'll just remember you're the redhead without the sword."

"Should I have brought one?" Willow asked, looking worried. "Nobody said! Now I'm underdressed!"

"I was told no weapons at the wedding," Peter pointed out soothingly. "I think it's just Alanna."

"Oh." Willow relaxed. "Good. Because I didn't see anywhere in town that was selling them. Though admittedly I didn't look hard."

"I will if I have the support of a loved one," Willow said. "Someone whose name starts with P, for instance."

"You're going to ask Peter to support you?" Peter asked, frowning. "Don't know how I feel about that."

He grinned and couldn't help leaning in for a very chaste kiss. "Only because you're kind enough to allow me to try."

"You could try tonight if you want," Willow said, moving to rub their noses together.

"I heard we have a hotel room," Peter pointed out. "Possibly."
