Friday was busier than Aeryn had anticipated somehow, with people coming in from out of town, followed by the rehearsal at the hotel where the ceremony and reception would take place. And personally, she had no idea how anyone remembered how all of this sort of thing went, and she thought it was kind of stupid how much emphasis was put on something as simple as walking, but she'd go with it, as apparently these things were important. Or something.

Afterwards, the group made their way to a pizza place nearby to settle in and settle down and have one good night out before tomorrow got more stressful.

[Up early for SP. For bridal party, dates, and other guests to the Friday thingie yay!
ETA: For clarification, cuz a couple people have asked. If you were told you were welcome to the dinner, you were invited. Otherwise the wedding stuff takes place tomorrow.]

Kawalsky shook his head. "If you get to graduation without getting expelled, I'll buy you a car. I don't know how I'm going to pay for it since money doesn't come from nowhere, but I'll sell a kidney if I have to." Jamie getting to graduation? Unlikely in Kawalsky's mind. But he'd live on in Fandom memory forever.

Jamie raised an eyebrow at his buddy. "Is this some incentive to stay and school? Because if so it's totally working. What kind of car are we talking about? I've always wanted a convertible."

Apparently Jamie has no regard for his friend's kidney.

"I was thinking more of a fixer-upper. My kidney's not worth that much. For a convertible, I think I'd have to sell a kidney, a lung, my appendix, tonsils and my spleen. I'm very attached to my spleen."

"You know you don't need a spleen to live," Jamie pointed out. "And I could throw in my own kidney... okay a duplicates kidney but it'd still be another kidney."

"If you reabsorbed him, would that let you keep your own kidney or would you lose a chunk of it?"
