Room 238, Wednesday morning

Aeryn would normally be up by now, already dealing with breakfast or the like. She's awake, but for some reason today she's content to stay right where she is, at least for a little while longer. She blames the warm bed and still adjusting back from Bettina's weird schedule this weekend.

"Come here," she says. Also, she is cold.

"And you as well," she teases. Mostly teases. Seriously, yay blankets.

"I could just stay over here wrapped in the blankets," he taunts.

"Yes, but you're the one who spent all this time talking about the superior bed," she points out.

"Are you cold?"

"There's a bit of a chill."

He laughs and finally comes back to bed.

"Took you long enough," she greets him, leaning over to give him a kiss.

He kisses her back. "I just wanted to see how much you missed the blankets."

"Good thing you brought them back. Much better, by the way."

"Thanks," he says and snuggles back up against her.

"Isn't this better than standing there?" she asks, snuggling back.

"Of course," he says. "But I was warm over there too."

"Shut up, it's better here," she tells him.

"It's totally better here," he says and kisses her again.

She just kisses him back. Because hi, minty now.
